PerPos exists to engage communities and foster hope through innovative research, performance, advocacy, and community team-building activities.

Founded to respond to pressing social and educational needs, PerPos works in areas including arts access, disability inclusion, youth development, prison rehabilitation, community engagement, and the role of the arts in education. The organization is managed by a passionate and dedicated team of academics and advocates who operate from Cape Coast, Ghana with a remote-first working model.
