We employ the "Resonance & Resilience" Impact Framework. Our work is rooted in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PMEL), ensuring our creative processes are strictly inclusive, accessible, and ethically co-created with the communities we serve. PerPos combines community participation, artistic practice, research, and evidence-based evaluation to create meaningful social impact. We listen to communities, co-create ethically, design inclusive arts interventions, and document change carefully.
Our work is guided by four strategic pillars:
Social Inclusion and Community Access
Advocacy and Environmental Stewardship
Institutional Reform and Cultural Shifts, and
Research and Sustainability.
We measure change through both data and stories, using tools such as pre- and post-program assessments, stories of change, observation, and annual reporting.
